Claire Brooks, President
Claire has twenty-eight years’ experience in brand management, brand planning, and strategic market research with Fortune 500 companies and advertising agencies in both Europe and the US. She was born in Africa and raised in India and the UK before coming to the US in 1997.
Claire has an MA in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University and an MBA from Durham University, where she was also a graduate professor of marketing and a non-executive director with the British National Health Service, advising on patient research ethics and communications. Claire has been named by Time magazine in the US and Europe, as one of the most knowledgeable individuals around, regarding cultural and social trends.
Andrew Long, VP Operations
Andrew has twenty-seven years’ experience in automotive engineering, project management and research. He started his career with Jaguar and worked for TI Automotive and in project management with Ford and Chrysler in Detroit. Andrew has a BSc. (Hons) in Engineering, is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, and also holds an MBA, and a Post-graduate diploma in Operations Management and Marketing.
Anna Acquistapace, Design Research Associate
Anna has an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of Arts and a Masters in International Development from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris. She has a variety of experiences as a researcher and creative producer of film and graphic arts projects. She was formerly a strategist at FuseProject, developing strategic insights and frameworks for innovative industrial and graphic design projects through market and user research.

Katie Feifer has twenty years’ experience in designing and moderating research projects, initially as Research Director for Leo Burnett for over 10 years, working on brand positioning and communications research in support of their planning department.

Clare Grace has twenty-eight years’ experience as a research consultant for Fortune 100 companies including Nissan and Chevrolet and has pioneered advanced techniques such as visualization for depth interviewing. She has a BS in Psychology and an MBA.

Jeff runs a film production company in Hollywood and has over 10 years’ experience as a director/cinematographer/editor on feature films, documentaries, music videos for Fortune 500 clients such as CBS, Universal and Warner Bros.

Mark Paris has over 20 years' experience as a Director of Planning and Consumer Insight at big agencies, such a Young & Rubicam and Campbell-Ewald. Major brands included Chevrolet and Ford. He has an A.B.D. from The University of Michigan in English Language and Literature.
